• RECampus and The CE Shop — our licensed course-delivery partners. When you enroll in a course, your enrollment and payment for that course are handled directly by them, not by FRES.

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — used to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Our website hosting, database, and automation providers, who process data solely on our behalf to operate the site and chat assistant.

Course enrollment

Pre-licensing, post-licensing, continuing education, and exam-prep courses referenced on this site are delivered through our partners, RECampus and The CE Shop. Enrollment, course access, and course-related payments are subject to those partners' own terms of service, which apply in addition to these terms.

Bookstore purchases

Physical textbooks and study materials sold through our Bookstore are sold directly by Florida Real Estate School and shipped from us. See our Refund & Shipping Policy below for details.

No professional advice

Refund & Shipping Policy

Course refunds

Because courses are delivered through RECampus and The CE Shop, refund requests for course purchases are handled directly by those providers according to their own refund policies. Contact them directly, or reach out to us at info@flrealestateschool.org and we will help point you in the right direction.

Bookstore shipping

Bookstore orders ship directly from Florida Real Estate School. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Bookstore returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@flrealestateschool.org with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Accessibility Statement

Florida Real Estate School is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.
