First renewal: Post-Licensing
Before your first renewal, sales associates complete a 45-hour post-license course and brokers complete 60 hours — miss the deadline and your license reverts to inactive.

Every renewal after: 14-Hour CE
Every renewal cycle after that, licensees complete 14 hours of continuing education, including 3 hours of Core Law and 3 hours of Ethics.
